What will be you role?
* Day-to-day management of financial accounting activities and business control.
* Financial reporting to the AWL local and Group Management and other stakeholders.
* Working with your colleagues to develop our business.
* Ensure compliance with Czech financial laws and regulations.
* Advise on smart business investments and cost controlling to ensure our growth.
* You manage a small team of financial and administrative professionals and together you reach your goals. You and your team should work continuously on improving and professionalizing processes and systems, supporting the growth of our settlement in Napajedla. You will be a part of the the AWL Group Finance Team.
What do we expect from you?
* You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar job and a relevant Bachelor or a Masters degree.
* You have experience in working in a dynamic international environment in a small business.
* Your strength is to build effective working relationships within the organization, across different functions.
* We expect you to be a team player with a flexible and proactive mentality, who will coach his/her team members to great heights.
* We strongly believe that an accurate person with good communication skills, a high level of integrity and strong sense of confidentiality will be most successful in this job.
