Financial Accountant/Analyst

We are looking for Financial Accountant/Analyst - full-time job (HPP)


• Responsible for the financial services (corporate accounting, credit control, settlement and payment) being provided to the Propety Management clients as per their requirements and arrangements

• Issuing and posting invoices in the accounting system

• Cash collection analysis and credit control

• Contributing to the statutory and corporate accounting

• Provide commercial oversight and assistance of the services being delivered to clients

• Responsible for thorough analysis of each P&L, Balance sheet, and cash flow statement

• Review costs and perform cost benefit analysis

• To work closely with the team by sharing knowledge, developing best practices

• Close cooperation with the Company´s representatives in the managed properties and other members of the Property Management Department for the purpose of performance of the responsibilies entrusted to the Company

Skills and qualifications:

• University degree in the field of finance or economics

• ACCA/CIMA qualifications will be an advantage

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a service/consulting/accounting company

• Strong knowledge of international and local Czech accounting standards

• Practical knowledge and use of IT software MS office

• MRI and Helios software practical use will be an advantage

• Solid understanding of local Czech tax system

• Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills

• Ability to work across various functional areas and to interact with individuals across all levels throughout the organization

• Native Czech and good level of English skills are required
