Office Manager/Events Assistant

We are looking for an Event Administrator to join our team. We are seeking applicants with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven proficiency in English. To be successful in this position, you must be proactive and think outside the box. You should have an ability to work in a fast-paced international environment, be a team player, be highly productive, presentable and have excellent communication skills.

POSITION:

Title: Office Manager/Events Assistant

Reporting to: Event Manager

Works in conjunction with: CEO & Event Manager, Sales Team

MAIN DUTIES & TASKS:

  • Calendar management for the senior team members
  • To schedule internal team meetings
  • Office management and travel arrangements
  • Telephone call handling
  • To update company materials, databases, records, etc.
  • Communicating to registered event participants/sponsors on daily basis
  • Be responsible for proper filling of client’s information and company documents
  • Communication to vendors and partners of the event, negotiating details
  • Willingness to travel for international business trips and active event support and operation
  • Assist with preparation and printing of conference materials
  • Assist the Event Manager with her duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • 1 year experience in office administrative position
  • Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact with people from different backgrounds & cultures
  • High school degree/ Bachelor/ Master's degree
  • Applicant must be a Czech or EU Citizen
