CRM MANAGER

We are looking for a supple CRM manager / manager who will apply our experience, strategy and vision to us.

What is waiting for you?

You will be expected to develop, plan and track customer marketing campaigns to ultimately improve our success rate, RoI and x-sell/up-sell. This is an important role at 4finance as we develop ‘credit as a service’ for our customers. You will need to ensure our direct customer communications are in line with all direct selling and promotional regulations and are optimized for mobile devices, you will work with the CZ and HQ marketing teams in the delivery of these direct communications, and responsibilities will include:

  • Drive increased revenue and profitability from the existing customer base to plan and budget
  • Develop and implement the customer marketing strategy in CZ, working closely with HQ and CZ country teams on execution
  • Manage and optimize the customer lifecycle and journey for all CZ propositions
  • Define and manage promotional programs including up-sell and cross-sell, in line with 4finance guidelines and local regulation
  • Manage the implementation of all campaign communications with customers through our CRM tools and platforms - organizing the segmentation and personalization strategy, and managing promotions and copy to engage and retain customers
  • Manage the contact strategy and channel comms across email, social media, telemarketing, SMS/mobile, and other customer touchpoints
  • Capture all required customer data at key points in the customer life cycle to feed into segmentation model
  • Create and deliver plans to aggressively grow our opted-in database
  • Build rapport and drive the promotion of positive sentiment among our customer base - measurable through customer surveys, NPS and trust ratings services
  • Drive insight on customer behavior and develop customer case studies and testimonials to enhance our reputation
  • Scope and develop new opportunities for more effective segmentation and targeting, including A/B tests and data analysis
  • Work collaboratively with other Marketing, UX, Data Science and Region/Country teams, sharing learning and best practice
  • Support the Head of Marketing and Country MD in CZ, as well as the Director of Customer Marketing and CMO in HQ, in driving marketing excellence and transformation
  • Actively participate on projects related to change of core IT infrastructure and Campaign Tools Excellent conversational and written English


What should you do?

  • Proven success in an insight driven customer marketing role; 5+ years’ experience desirable
  • Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong background in customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Experience of CRM/loyalty/sales techniques is required - experience in working with telemarketing and CRM teams to drive revenue and customer service
  • Strong numerate and analytical thinker with the ability to apply these skills in a performance marketing environment
  • Previous experience in developing and interpreting test and learn programs
  • Understanding of campaign management systems and CRM analytics tools is desirable, e.g. Salesforce, Responsys, Sitecore, smart ANALYSER
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and other countries at all levels
  • Able to effectively prioritize workload
  • A love of the customer and a desire to know more about them
