We are SW developers of platforms for on-line casinos and we are currently looking for someone who would provide technical support to our clients and contribute to technical documentation. This job is suitable for IT students.

What is waiting for you

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Talking clients through a series of actions, either via email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

What skills and knowledge should you posses

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support (Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role)
  • Knowledge of network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of websites architecture
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and quickly learn new products functionality independently
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
