Finance SAP Implementation Specialist

What will you do if we agree on cooperation:

You will be an important support for our colleagues in accounting teams. From the office in Hradec Králové we process accounting for various production plants that are located in Europe. Your work will include mainly:

  • Accountant- SAP Project Core Team Member. Reporting to SAP Finance Lead.
  • The role will support SAP Finance Lead in SAP roll-out project in Czech, Hungary and other CEER countries.
  • Main duties would be day-to-day cooperation with SAP consultants on implementation issues and ways of solving them ( FI area), SAP testing, SAP process redesign/corrections with consultants based on testing
  • End user support during go-live and hyper care- period
  • Training and supporting of key SAP users within Accounting ( FI Area)

We want you if you have:

Education:

  • University degree in related disciplines (finance and economics)

Working experience:

  • min. 2 years of experience as an accountant (min. GL + AP)
  • MEC process, fixed assets, calculation and processing of JEs
  • Financial Reporting, payroll, accounting reconciliations
  • TB review and preparation

Skills:

  • Fluent English, the other languages are advantage (working in international environment)
  • GL, AP, AR accounting knowledge
  • SAP knowledge ( FI module)
  • IFRS basic knowledge
  • MS Office- Excel on a high level
  • Driving licence B

Personal abilities:

  • Customer focus
  • Well organized, pro- active, quick learning ability
  • Analytical skills and attention to details, prioritize tasks and set/met deadlines
  • Willing to travel – 10 %

Since you will support teams working for foreign factories here in Hradec Králové, traveling should be up to 10% of working time.
