Project management support

Customer experience is important for all companies and we have passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is new division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping and its application.

At this moment we are looking for a person who will support the GSC Pitching and Pricing team:

Project management support - part time

Job description:

  • to support the manager in quoting for multinational projects (which requires communication with other Ipsos offices and with the providers, plus collecting the data and creating the final quote)
  • to organize a remote team of people who will be checking data (which requires to communicate with the client, agree on the outcome, communicate it with the team and organize their work).


  • fluent English
  • Czech (not mandatory, but a plus)
  • Excel (offline and online documents), Outlook
  • Powerpoint is an advantage
  • Clear in communicating the information, capable of organizing and communicating with people who are working remotely
  • Proactive with good time management and understands the sense of urgency
  • Reliable, team player
