A skilled Business Analyst (BA) is wanted for a dynamic, fast pace, boosting mid-size company, top real-estate developer, with a great reputation and highly interesting portfolio of commercial properties across Europe. The company’s global headquarter is here in Prague in center based, attractive offices.
About your role:
The BA will act as a driver for a project tool/software implementation. Working with business and process leads, the BA will need to capture and optimise business process and business requirements then document and communicate the details to external software’s consultants.
The software they are about to implement is called Yardi- Property and Asset management system (previous experience with this system is nice to have).
The purpose of your job is not only lead but provide the bridge between company’s business and the technical functional resources of Yardi.
herefore, your skills and business knowledge needs to be wide, deep and supplemented with an ability to communicate at all levels with the appropriate level of detail. It’s expected to build consensus and a common understanding of Yardi system within the company.
Your scope of work and responsibilities will include:
- Works with Business Lead and business SME’s to identify business requirements and processes
- Works with Functional Consultant to confirm Yardi configuration accommodates business requirements
- Provides templates and examples of Test Scripts and Test Scenarios for the Business Leads to complete
- Advises the Business Leads on how to populate Data Migration templates
- Together with external consultants prepares trainings, creates materials etc.
- Advises the Project Manager and Project Director on relevant plan activities duration
- Participates in workshops and all activities relating to: Design, decision making, testing, training, business transition and change
- Supports the Business Lead in Testing and Go Live
- Reports to Project Director
You as an ideal candidate:
As a prospective candidate, you will previous track record of completed ERP system implementation, preferably package solution for an international company. You should be strategical thinker, with advance analytical skills but also an ability to ask the right questions in order to understand company’s business, its needs and so form and pass the intel/input to external software consultants.
Very good knowledge of Czech/ Slovak and fluent English is a must have, both the Project Director and many of your colleagues are English native expats. Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of SharePoint is also necessary.
