The key about this position is to build and maintain a portfolio of local clients first in Prague area and then across Czech Republic and ideally expand to other European countries as well. (We already started the project in Slovakia and Hungary). Create a portfolio of long-term media campaigns, learning best practices from our existing sales team. Once the project manager demonstrates the ability to successfully sell use the expertise to build a team of local Sales Managers across the country.

Scope of work:

  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Sell our portfolio of specific media carriers to small and medium company enterprises!
  • Build and maintain client portfolio across the country
  • Learn best practices from the currently active sales teams in SK and HU
  • When successful build a local sales team, lead and manage future sales team
  • Capable to help the management expand in other European countries
  • Meetings with clients - small medium companies and traders arround the area of retailers
  • Telephone, email communication with clients and the team
  • Working with database and development of it
  • Regular reporting to leadership
  • Monitoring feedback from candidates

Candidate profile:

  • Ability to sell with proven results
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated person and independent personality
  • Candidates with sales experience and skills (local newspaper, local free advertising newspaper, local radio – TV, billboard company, door to door seller, sales representative from FMCG, HORECA)
  • Fluent in English and Czech (oral and written)
  • To have a willingness to travel or relocate for a certain period of time (2 - 4 months)
  • Creative solutions to business problems
  • Able to develop and lead a team of sales managers
  • Highly motivated, energetic and driven
  • Possess good PC skills (Excel, Power point, others)
  • Fluent in Czech and English language (other languages as Russian, Ukrainian are plus)


  • Minimum Highschool diploma
  • Sales trained (welcome)
