Job description:

All activities in the field of management and administration of claims, in particular:

• Communication with customers to ensure the timeliness and completeness of payments

• Timely allocation of incoming payments in the enterprise information system

• Maintaining customer accounts in its current state, the pairing of credit and debit items

• The escalation of late payments and customers with cash-flow problem, proactively identifying potential barriers to timely payment, working with customers to search for solutions

• Ensuring adequate credit conditions for customers in line with the Group's policy of Credit-Management

• Release of deferred customer orders in accordance with set rules and the current credit situation of the customer

• Addressing customer complaints

• Building a relationship with customers and other internal / external partners in the areas of finance, accounting, purchasing, logistics etc.

• Providing detailed analyzes of problems at the customer - the quantity, cause, corrective action proposal

• Preparation of reports for management / client according to specified requirements, coordinating feedback / reporting KPI according to the requirements agreed with the client, support for monthly closings


• German at B2/C1 level, English at least at level B1

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in a foreign language. Willingness to intensively communicate with customers

• Analytical skills - the ability to process and understand large volumes of data from both internal and customer systems in different formats

• Proactive, assertiveness, flexibility, independence and focus on the process and set goals

• Excellent work with MS Excel

• Experience in finance is advantage
