For our client - an international company, we are looking for a suitable candidate to take on the role of:

IT Incident Manager

Key responsibilities:

- Develops, introduces, and implements IT Incident Management and Problem Management processes and related documentation
- Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected
- Identify, initiate, schedule, and conduct incident reviews
- Set, review, and adjust monitoring checks and triggers
- Manage Problems according to the procedure
- Regularly review and adapt the processes according to the company needs
- Prepares regular reports within the responsible area
- Part of on-call rota for Emergency Incidents point of contact
- Proactively initiate activities to improve system stability and reduce future incidents

Your ideal background:

- Expert knowledge of ITIL Incident and Problem Management Processes
- Good knowledge of IT systems
- At least 4 years experience in a similar position
- Can lead diverse teams
- Knowledge of English language at B2 level, fluent Czech
- High level of communication skills,
- Independence of action and proper determination of priorities in the implementation of tasks
- Ability to work under time pressure
