Application Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated independent self-starter with strong communication skills to join our Application Operations Department. As Application Support you will be supporting a growing number of applications used in various locations and areas, such as Front Office, Back Office or Finance. Currently we are seeking new colleagues of all seniorities.

You will be responsible for:

  • 1st and 2nd level support (of internal Banking applications)
  • Request, Incident, Change and Problem management,
  • Application monitoring
  • Analysis and troubleshooting
  • KPIs reporting
  • Participating in on-call schedules, weekend and public holiday support when required
  • Contributing as an effective team player

We prefer candidates with:

  • IT background
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • An independent, stress resistant, responsible attitude
  • Good communication skills in English (Czech is not required)
  • Knowledge of various Operating Systems and Database platforms (Windows, Unix, SQL, etc.)
