CRM Application Specialist

We are looking for a motivated independent self-starter with strong communication skills to join our CRM Application Operations Department. Currently we are seeking new colleagues of all seniorities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Administration and maintenance of Commerzbank CRM system
  • Close cooperation with L1 support and development team
  • Server administration (Tomcat, Windows, Unix, MS SQL, Oracle DB)
  • ITIL (Request, Incident, Change and Problem management)
  • Application monitoring (Application availability , Tivoli monitoring, Dynatrace tool, UC4, logs)
  • Analysis and troubleshooting
  • Application deployments( implementation of packages)
  • Creating reports through database (oracle)

We require:

  • IT background (either IT education or relevant IT work experience )
  • Good SQL and/or Oracle database querying skills
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix Systems& Environments
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • An independent, stress resistant, responsible attitude
  • Good communication skills in English are a must

It would be beneficial to have:

  • Tomcat knowledge
  • Database administration knowledge
  • Bash knowledge
  • Understanding of java language
  • Jira, Tfs knowledge
