HR Process Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

Our Client – international engineering company based in Prague – is looking for a candidate for the position of HR Process Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Within the international team cooperation on implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors application
  • To bridge the business requirements into system applications through active interaction with key stakeholders to collect business requirements;
  • Analysis requirements and propose the system solutions together with Group Process Owners and their reference team
  • To be the functional expertise for the responsible applications, including system configuration, organizing tests and upgrades of the applications
  • Update the system documentation (workbook)
  • Analysis quarterly new releases by the Production Companies
  • To ensure the knowledge transfer to the Operation team and end users, through training development and deliveries

Requirements:

  • University degree with HR management, IT/IS technology, Economy or Sociology Specialization, or the related subjects
  • The working experience of SAP SuccessFactors related module will be a plus
  • Willing to learn and embrace the changes
  • Good communication skills to be interactive with the stakeholders in the Group and External vendors;
  • Willing to occasionally travel (Europe)
  • Czech citizenship or work permit
