APS is a distressed assets investment company and debt recovery platform with a prime position in Central and South-Eastern Europe and further expansion goals. Our business consists of acquiring, advising, and servicing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.

IT Support

As IT Support, you will be responsible for providing support to all APS Group employees as a first point of contact via our internal ticketing system. You will be also responsible for reports preparation and execution of various basic regular jobs according to our internal work instructions.

Responsibilities
· Complete end-user support and solving of their requirements both in person and remotely
· Management of internal helpdesk ticketing system
· Management of user’s accounts and rights assignments (Active Directory and other internal systems, e.g. PBX)
· Installation of client computers using our internal deployment kit
· Taking care of printers
· Configuration of IP (Grandstream) and mobile phones (iOS and Android)
· Maintaining of IT assets database
· Occasional travels abroad to other APS branches if needed

Qualifications
· IT related education (at least high school)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in English both oral and written (regular communication with IT teams from other countries)
· Minimum of two (2) years prior experience with providing end-user support
· The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required

Nice to have
· Basic Windows or Linux server administration skills
· Working knowledge of SQL language
