Customer service duties:

  • Responsible for providing an outstanding customer service to clients
  • Responding to queries regarding cover, claims, complaints
  • Multi-tasking of ad hoc assignments
  • Providing timely and accurate information to clients
  • Dealing with daily assigned workloads including a 24 hours turnaround
  • Work within rotating shift patterns - including weekend work


Desired skills/abilities:

  • Verbal and written fluency in German and English
  • Experience in a customer focused or administrative role
  • Previous experience in call centre – it's a benefit
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office package (Excel, Word)
  • Valid EU work permit
  • Available to work shifts
  • Ability to work under pressure
