Junior Account Business Manager (ABM) - Country operations

Job Purpose

ABM acts as a trusted partner for Account, Sales and Delivery teams as key business processes owner and supporter, minimizing business interruption and removing roadblocks.

  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Forecasting, Financial Management Support and Analysis – Provides context to P&L forecasting, and rationalizes monthly forecasts (e.g., tracks productivity and service improvement plans, and consolidates opportunities and risks, including service penalties and credits)
  • Account Business Reviews – supports Business Review Process and its effective execution
  • Internal Partner Group Integration – Provides oversight and manages the integration of relevant partner groups (e.g., assures quality and timeliness of invoicing, dispute resolution, and margin improvement actions)
  • Account Operating Plans (AOP) – Coordinates and consolidates AOP and ensure related tools accuracy
  • Pipeline Integration – Supports Sales Pipeline Review Process, reporting, and data consistency
  • Pursuit Support – Mainly in areas of Deal approval process, Contractual approval and Revenue Recognition

Requirements

  • 1-2 years operation role experience, preferably in Corporate Services or IT, Telco, Banking, Insurance sector
  • Fluent in Czech Language as well as in English ( writing, speaking and understanding )
  • Business finance knowledge or Project Manager with solid finance acumen
  • Advanced in MS Office
  • Wiliness to learn and grow to Senior ABM who takes part of Country Leadership (local COO)
  • Team player, focused, and attentive to detail
