QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting/reporting experience at multinational companies.
  • Experience of contract management for construction field is preferred
  • Good command of the English language is a must, knowledge of an another foreign language is advantageous
  • Good IT-Knowledge (MS-Office, Accounting Systems, ERP System, etc.)
  • Awareness of the importance of team collaboration
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to understand and analyze commercial conditions of tender contracts

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensuring the project is on track in terms of cost, time line and profitability and bringing to notice of Project Manager and management if there are any variations or changes so that corrective actions are taken by team
  • Assuming responsibility for implementing of the project in the ERP System (as per initial calculation in CRS – Contract Review Sheet)
  • Assuming responsibility for maintaining of the project in the ERP System (acc. the needs of the projects) (as per reviews on monthly basis of CRS – Contract Review Sheet)
  • Supporting the site team in commercial issues (Identifying and addressing the costs into right accounts in the ERP System)
  • Collecting all approvals before releasing the final payment to the subcontractor (Project Manager, Purchasing Department, Finance Department, etc.)
  • Generating monthly invoices to client (in ERP system)
  • Collecting all invoices acc. the needs of the Finance Team and implementing them into the ERP System
  • Preparing the project reports (Financially reports, Profit/Loss, progress, etc.)
  • Preparing the project cash flow and maintaining the project cash flow (on regular basis)
  • Following-up of the payment of the subcontractors (Receiving the invoices, controlling of the invoices, maintaining the payment list for the subcontractors)
  • Supporting the Finance Team in preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
  • Intensive travelling required
