For our Prague office which is a head office for a Central Europe cluster (Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) we are currently looking for:

Shared Inventory Management Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to assist the operations and contribute to maximize the service level to internal and external clients, while improving inventory and availability quality at short term.

What you will do:

- Work closely with customer service, distribution, demand and sales teams

- Manage a shared inventory for several countries, based on customer priorities, sales opportunities, contracts management & promotion and forecas

- Your daily activities will consist of:

  • Insuring availability of products in short term (exclusive items, sales opportunities,...)
  • Launch execution (availability, feedback after 3 months,…)
  • Follow up of SLOB items
  • Quotation management
  • Market & customer allocation and execution
  • Direct shipments
  • Copacking
  • Items creation
  • Phase in / out proper follow up

- Support business execution and implement solutions when facing shortages and allcoations between markets

- Implement improvements on inventory quality to reach company standards and support business growth

Expected profile:

- Supply Chain professional with several years of similar work experience, ideally from a FMCG company

- Strong knowledge in Supply Chain planning, Logistics flow and local distribution

- Fluent in English (active daily usage, international team), Czech or Slovak speaker

- Strong in IS knowledge: very good Excel, and preferably also SAP
