Senior (Tech) Talent Sourcer

We're looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer who can help us attract the best team of talented individuals to our Wrike team. We're flexible when it comes to your experience and would love to chat with you if you are interested.

You'll work side by side with our HR & Talent team and will work directly with Wrike's managers to build out our world-class international team. In this position, you'll proactively source candidates to help us build the best place to work and the best teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand their teams as well as requirements for any role they're sourcing
  • Find and engage with passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn, AmazingHiring, social networks, and alternative search techniques
  • Manage prospect pipelines using Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system
  • Report pipeline and candidate activity
  • Drive sourcing projects and recruiting initiatives including meet-ups, conferences, and other tech events
  • Be an ambassador for the Wrike brand in the greater community

About you:

  • You have expert-level internet search, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • You are excited about recruitment and sourcing
  • You're self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
  • You have strong written and verbal skills
  • You have at least upper-intermediate English
  • Preferably you have experience with sourcing from recruitment agency (or in-house)
  • Czech is a big advantage
