Sales Assistant with French

Primary Objective

  • The back office assistant supports Select accounts Managers with their operational and administrative activities
  • The scope of this role is to allow the Accounts Managers to optimize their customer&partner engagement and focus on sales, reducing the time spent on non-sales activities, to create more value proposals and funnel in Paris 2024 context
  • You will work as a Sales Support, on CRM tools (salesforce is a plus), Strategy, and business opportunities
  • This role can evolve into more Sales activities, taking over small opportunities from the Account Manager, based on learning and performance, in the mid/long term


Activities

  • Interacts first with Account managers to support an execution approach
  • Manages and access opportunities in CRM
  • Drive a part of opportunities with Partners – Distributors and extended team
  • Has a regular collaboration with stakeholders (Account Manager) and defines the key weekly priorities


Skills & Qualifications

  • Native French and English on B2+ level
  • Endless curiosity in digital product markets
  • Communication and collaboration skills are essential, including taking the initiative to drive solution
  • Wisdom to respect the importance of every phone call
  • The integrity of intel reported daily into CRM and of email correspondence sent on behalf of our clients
  • Prior sales execution experience preferred
