Customer Service for HBO with CZ/SK_Home office

Do you like to join the fascinating and ever-changing digital media world?

Do you enjoy discussions about TV shows and favorite films? Now you can do it while working! We currently seek Customer Service Advisors for our partner HBO GO, the online streaming service of the digital media giant HBO.

What you will do in this role:

  • Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media and live chat from customers
  • Help customers with service-related issues
  • Inform customers of promo events
  • Work shifts: morning 10:00-18:45, afternoon 14:15-23:00, weekends and bank holidays 12:00-18:00 (Working hours are according to the market covered)
  • Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
  • Suitable for people without experience

What we expect:

  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
  • Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
  • A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
  • Living in the Czech Republic is a plus
  • Native Czech or Slovak and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
