- Offering a website to customers that operate a business in the hospitality field (owners of restaurants, bars, hotels, etc.)
- Support existing customers when they have issues with their website
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Translating and proofreading marketing materials, editing and updating websites
- Small administration works - preparation of marketing campaigns
- Handling correspondence and incoming calls - technical service and sales support
- Work from 09:00 to 18:00 and 13:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday.
- Native Romanian speaker
- Advanced level of English - spoken and written
- Good communication skills
- Basic technical and IT knowledge
- Advantage of previous telecommunication experience
- Creativity and precision
- Independent worker, active approach to problem-solving, reliability, carefulness
