Market Research Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Generation of consistent B2B sales opportunities for the client's products & solutions.
  • Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the target companies in the Polish market.
  • Lead generation and management for sales – prospect qualification, scheduling client meetings, meeting tracking, products & solutions presentation.
  • Successful execution of general and segment-specific telemarketing strategies.
  • Collecting data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
  • Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
  • Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

Requirements:

Hard skills :

  • Strong written and verbal skills in English & local language
  • Strong computer skills (Networking, Office + CRM systems)
  • Hands-on promotion of the product and presentation management

Soft skills :

  • Excellent communication skills: presentation, influencing & negotiation, listening, objection handling, storytelling
  • Positive / Can do attitude

  • Experience with IT channel sales
  • Two to four years of related technical sales experience
  • Cisco Competitive knowledge
  • Inherent curiosity and willingness to learn and build their technical expertise
  • Be aware of Cisco SB Products & Technologies
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone and drive an insightful Q&A/ Survey
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills
  • Self-driven individual with the ability to work / act independently and think fast.
