Walter s.r.o., based in Kuřim near Brno, one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-precision CNC tool grinding machines and CNC optical measuring instruments, is looking for a colleague to join our SW team.
Your responsibilities:
- Specification, design and development of software for machines, developing primarily in C#, Java, C++ and/or Web Technologies.
- Carrying out functional tests of the developed software.
- Experience in agile development methodologies, Scrum is an advantage.
- Versioning, release and bundling of software components.
- Close collaboration with customer service in troubleshooting, solutions and upgrades.
- Interest in Data, Cloud and AI.
Your profile:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Robotics or related technical field.
- Good Knowledge in C#, .NET-Framework and object oriented Software design.
- Java and C++ Skills is an advantage.
- Mathematical knowledge, especially in numerical mathematics and linear algebra is an advantage.
- Basic skills in machining, machine dynamics/kinematics, 3D-applications is an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with Azure DevOps.
- Proactive and innovative thinking personality, which enjoys to develop and solve problems.
