We are looking for an administrative support professional for Security, Enviro H&S Department in Bohumil.
Popis pozice
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, trainings, and logistics
* Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
* Draft and manage correspondence; prepare agendas, notes/minutes
* Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
* Handle visitor/guest registration and general on-site coordination
* Process expense reports, issue invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets
Váš profil
* Very strong written and spoken skills in Czech and English
* Proven organizational skills; able to prioritize and multitask
* Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
* Prior administrative/project support experience is an advantage
* No technical background required
