Order Fulfillment Back Office Specialist ENG- Philips TV/AVA

Based within a Shared Service Centrum in Prague, Order Fulfilment Back office Specialist is accountable for ensuring high quality of services for front office part of Order Fulfilment, with regard to Complaints handling and Master data management. Next to it, the department makes sure that all requirements for audits are fulfilled as well as that the control checks for quality of the processes are in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all transport claims across European countries
  • Make sure that requests are processed in line with Company policies, Work instructions as well as following Customer contracts
  • Collect all necessary documentation and prepare reporting
  • Reduce repeating issues in cooperation with Supervisor
  • Internal control of Customer Master data in Salesforce/ SAP
  • Secure preparation and quality check of Revenue samples (proof of deliveries, delivery notes) for audit
  • Participate in Logistics or Cross-functional projects
  • Participate in testing of new SAP functionalities/IT updates, overlooking UATs

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in data, administration, customer and/or supply chain oriented role
  • Fluent in English, any other European language as advantage
  • Good hands on with MS office tools, especially Excel (v-look up, pivot, functions) SAP as advantage but can teach you
  • Very good communication skills
  • Positive mental attitude, out of box thinking, common sense
  • Team working with responsible and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment where deadlines have to be met
  • Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions
