Supply Chain Reporting Support

We are looking for a temporary replacement for Supply Chain Reporting Support. Your location will be in Ždírec nad Doubravou or in Planá (TC) in Czech Republic and you will be working in Wood Products Division. You will report to Supply Chain Reporting Manager.

As Supply Chain Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for:

• processing and preparing supply chain reports
• weekly follow-up reports
• order book reports
• invoicing status reports,
• claim reports, …

Requirements for applicants:
• a first experience in processing reports
• sound analytical skills and financial background as advantage
• expert Excel skills (pivot tabels, charts, formulas)
• well structured & organized written communication
• detailed focused with a consistent high-quality output
• good business English, other languages are an advantage
• fast learning ability of processes, new systems and IT skills (Excel, PowerBI, MSBI, WPS, PowerPoint, …)
• knowledge of the wood products industry is an advantage
• is capable to work in an international team
• sets priorities, meets deadlines and performs well when managing multiple tasks
