Key responsibilities
Develop and manage client portfolios;
Analyze customer data to improve customer experience;
Hold product demonstrations for customers;
Improve onboarding processes;
Mediate between clients and the organization;
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints;
Increase customer retention.

Job requirements
English language (Native or C2 level required);
Knowledge of any other European languages is an advantage;
Desire to move up and grow with the company;
Analytical skills and strong desire to evolve in IT;
The ability to work well with others;
Good problem solving skills;
significant and documented account management / customer success management experience
