Scania CER (CZ, SK and HU) is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill vacant position of IS/IT Coordinator for the Czech, Slovak and Hungarian markets.

IS/IT coordinator CER

IS/IT Coordinator provides first line helpdesk support and administrative transaction related to IS/IT:

  • Responsible for assisting users with IT related inquires reported over IS/IT helpdesk system and direct calls registration
  • IS/IT equipment orders
  • IT Hardware and Software inventory management
  • Review of IT services cost
  • Servicedesk main responsible, overview for whole IS/IT team, monitoring and reporting SLA/KPIs
  • Follow-up, planning and steering SRS (improvement) meetings

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick – up calls at IS/IT helpdesk line and register cases into corporate system
  • Classify cases in IS/IT helpdesk, assigning them to IT technicians and makes sure that that appropriate feedback is given to each registered Problem/Change request
  • Communicates with CER IS/IT suppliers, responsible for all IS/IT services and purchase order processing
  • Processing CER order queue to supplier base (IT HW, IT SW and mobile phones)
  • Review of IT contracted services in Invoice Handling System
  • Licenses and fixed assets management of CER IT inventory
  • Invoicing of IT services and internal recharge
  • Actively work with servicedesk, provide KPI reports, escalate SLA violations
  • Organize and follow-up regular SRS meetings


  • Secondary education
  • General understanding of IS/IT technology
  • Understanding and experience with Information Security and IT security in general
  • Experience from first level helpdesk support or call center is an advantage
  • Ability to work on professional level with MS Office package

  • Active knowledge of the Czech or Slovak language (C2), English language (B2)
  • Driver licence B
