For a fast-growing new company, we are looking for a new member of our team who has experience and knowledge of the B2B business environment and is active, flexible and independent. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who will be able to build new business opportunities in Poland.

Main scope of work:

  • Active search and acquisition of new clients from the SMB area with a focus on import and export
  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Responsibility for communication and overall business strategy with key customers
  • Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key customers
  • Detailed knowledge of needs and customers and create solutions
  • Preparation and implementation of business plans for key customers
  • Administrative customer support: processing of contractual documentation
  • Providing market and customer feedback for other departments (Customer Care, Product Management, Marketing)
  • Evidence of business opportunities and evaluation in the CRM system


  • Secondary education: financial area an advantage
  • Experience and demonstrable results as a trader for at least 5 years: the financial area is an advantage, not a condition
  • Active driver: group B
  • Ability to communicate in Czech or English (company headquarters in the Czech Republic)
  • Ability to promote a new product to clients in the market
  • Willingness to learn new things, independence and flexibility
  • Sales result focus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
