Assistant to CEO

For our client, rapidly growing Czech company, we are looking for an experienced executive assistant who will be the right hand to CEO.

Your responsibilities:

- Organization of meetings and calls - presence together with CEO
- Preparation of documents/notes/presentations/meeting minutes
- Communication with internal and external people
- Calendar and business trips agenda


- Extremely practical and organized personality with common sense
- Confidentiality
- Understanding the power of correct communication
- Pro-active attitude with multitask skills
- Advanced level of English (Czech language is mandatory)
- MS Office
