Co na této pozici můžete očekávat?

Jako součást dynamického Procurement/Contracting týmu budete zpracovávat dokumenty na nákup, budete se podílet na administrativních úkolech daného oddělení, budete dohlížet nad včasnou a správnou implementací procesů, budete pomáhat interním zákazníkům či vést hodnocení návrhů.

Mezi Vaše úkoly bude patřit:

  • Sledovat výběrová řízení a informovat o případných změnách
  • Podílet se na smluvní administrativě
  • Aktualizovat databázi eProcurement, archivovat podepsané smlouvy a objednávky
  • Připravovat srovnání a analýzu nákladů a cen
  • Sledovat a nahlašovat vypršení platnosti strategických nákupních smluv
  • Zajišťovat, že jsou nákupní plány a reporty aktuální a správné; sledovat milníky a jejich plnění, nahlašovat případné nesrovnalosti

Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít?

  • Výbornou znalost anglického a českého jazyka
  • Praxi v administrativě do 5 let, předchozí zkušenost v oblasti nákupu výhodou

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS ROLE?

As a part of a dynamic and passionate Procurement/Contracting team you will process purchasing activities documentation, undertake administrative tasks of the department, oversee the timely and correct implementation of the procedures including initial planning, assisting internal customers, conducting proposal evaluations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring competition for goods & services, monitoring tender procedures, conducting proposal evaluations, communicating changes of tender procedure supervision, internally or externally;
  • Assisting the organization in contract administration;
  • Maintaining procurement files, archiving signed contract and purchase orders; keeping eProcurement database updated;
  • Providing cost and price comparison and analysis;
  • Ensuring that the procurement instrument is complete and in agreement with the best interest of RFE/RL’s in the expenditure of federal funds;
  • Monitoring and reporting expiry dates of strategic procurement contracts;
  • Ensuring that Procurement Plans and Procurement reports are updated and valid; monitoring the milestones (for requisition, inquiries, proposals) and their fulfilment, reporting deficiencies & order discrepancies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Someone with a great attitude, accuracy, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Someone who can meet customer needs in a helpful way, whether they are internal or external clients
  • Fluent English and Czech
  • Up till 5 years of experience in administration, previous experience in procurement - desirable
  • End-user knowledge of MS Office applications and relevant software

This is a locally recruited full-time position on a one-year assignment initially, with the possibility of extension for an open-ended contract after one year. The opportunity is only open to applicants with the legal right to work in the Czech Republic.
