Come join a team of amazing colleagues in one of the most diverse work environments in Prague! At Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, our mission is to promote democratic values and institutions and advance human rights by reporting the news in countries where a free press is banned by the government or not fully established.

  • You will be one of three respected, financially expert Finance Business Partners who are part of a small yet core and dynamic unit in Prague. The unit is part of a larger Financial Planning & Analysis Department consisting of senior level colleagues in Prague and Washington D.C. with whom you will collaborate.

  • You will act as a key source of information and use your planning and analytical skills to support Budget Owners in building, managing, and adhering to their departmental budgets, including initiating or responding to issues relating to the budget process, cost trends, the financial impact of different strategic scenarios, approval requirements, etc.
  • You can expect to develop strong relationships with your assigned Budget Owners or client group and come to fully understand their respective strategic drivers, financial dynamics, and personnel, including personnel based in both Prague and the international offices.
  • Ultimately, you will learn how an international news media company works in support of critical fast-paced, fact-based journalism in many of RFE/RL’s countries and regions.

We value partners with a great attitude and strong financial analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently with strategic and tactical trouble-shooting experience.
