About hiring manager

From the golden years when mobile technology development and operators started, through crises, to business as usual today, Michal Šrefl enjoys bringing the Telco clients new things and interesting solutions that help them solve complex problems and move forward. He always tries to bring something extra, an added value that the client can take away, and he also likes this approach from colleagues and members of his team. He rides a scooter to work, so he can clear his head after the whole day. He will probably upgrade from electric to manual to get some exercises as well.

Your role in our team

• Working on projects for customers from the Telco sector
• You will be a counterpart for the client in solving major issues and tasks in their IT domain. It will be advantageous, if you also understand the Telco business, as IT and business are more and more interconnected
• Coordinating the assigned project teams and guiding junior colleagues within your area of expertise
• Proactive and savvy participation in new business development (up-selling on current projects, pre-sale and offering creation for new business opportunities)

What knowledge and skills do we expect?

• 5-15 years of experience within a local or multinational Technology firm (Telco Consultancy background needed)
• Experience and proven track record in delivering projects with a strong technology component
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology
• Strong knowledge of the Business processes within the Telco industry
• Advanced user of MS Office package (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Excellent analytical thinking, quick-learner, strong attention to details
• Great communication abilities
• Team player
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
