Tax Consultant - Mergers & Acquisitions

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Advising Czech and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues
- Due diligence and tax structuring on acquisitions and disposals
- Corporate income tax advisory

Your Professional Experience:

-University degree/ Prague School of Economics or relevant qualification
-1-3 years of general knowledge of tax and accounting
-Exposure to international clients as an advantage
-Prior M&A experience gained in a professional services firm as an advantage,
-Excellent communication skills
-The ability to analyse information, identify issues and prioritize them
