We are looking for Digital Marketing Executive, a passionate individual who wants to make a difference in our company and constantly seek ways to improve the experience of our brand in digital channels with focus on website and application.
Your job as Digital Marketing Executive is to make things happen. You should have previous experience in defining, planning and implementing digital projects. Account management, UX & graphic design background is a plus.

• Coordinate campaign implementation across digital channels.
• Support in day to day activities related to the maintenance of our websites and applications.
• Coordinating CRM campaigns preparation and execution.
• Monitor performance and optimize the campaigns to enhance smooth consumer journey.
• Work closely with 3rd party suppliers, IS department, other Consumer Journey Teams and Field Force to ensure the proper execution of digital tools and content.
• Work closely with SEO agency, OC and other Consumer Journey Teams to further improve our website performance.
• Measure and analyze performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Conductor, etc.) and propose next steps to further improve consumer experience.

• College/university degree; marketing or business field is advantage
• Advanced English
• Min. 2 years of experience in Digital or Marketing, ideally within FMCG segment or agency experience
• Quick learner with very good communication & analytical skills
• High collaboration spirit with a passion for sharing/implementation of best practice
• Detail-oriented and working proactively and effectively with minimal supervision needed
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in KPIs driven environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Czech or Slovak advanced or native speaker
• Experience with UX & graphic design is a plus
