Your key responsibilities will be:
On-site and off-site support to internal users with their technology related needs
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, telephony and other related technology devices. Local and remote support to internal users with their technology related needs;
Research, test and evaluate new technology products;
Develop new administration tools to maintain technology devices and user profiles;
Develop proactive ways to avoid potential problems and automate maintenance tasks;
Contribute to company-wide technology projects and changes;
Maintain a high level of customer focus on all interactions;
Provide timely, creative and alternative solutions to meet business needs;
Follow and develop Standard Operation Procedures, maintain detailed documentation;
Follow system development life cycle methodology, policies and standards;
Probe and uncover customers’ underlying issues;
Actively share knowledge and offer assistance to teammates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - business level of English and Czech languages (Danish and German languages are advantage);
Ability to interact comfortably with senior management;
Service minded approach to users;
Aptitude and interest in learning new technologies;
Capability to establish credibility quickly by following up and taking initiative;
Superior customer focus (dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of customers; prioritizes with a sense of urgency and understands and respects the time restrictions);
Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions;
Possess insatiable appetite for learning; continuously pursuing new skills that add value to the team’s knowledge base;
Ability to take ownership.
