Brand Manager Allergy + Metabolics

Job Description:

  • Developing strategies & brand plans
  • Drive category plans for existing and new Healthcare Professional (HCP) audiences
  • Develop relevant, unique and differentiated communication strategies and messaging to HCPs
  • Manage the brand on a daily basis from strategic planning to tactical activities: develop, implement and monitor various communication and activation components in collaboration with external suppliers and internal departments
  • Create promotional materials - develop and produce promotional and advertising tools in order to maximize the support for field force
  • Follow and analyze brands performance (data, competitive intelligence), assess their changes (sales forecasts with key assumptions) and propose recommendations, implement
  • Lead pre-launch and launch campaigns and evaluate outcomes
  • Demonstrate technical and marketing skills and act as an expert in quality and product knowledge for assigned Brands/Products
  • Acts as a brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies.
  • Show initiate innovative thinking and action, development of new products / concepts (including market analysis, price positioning)
  • Actively look for new market opportunities within the assigned consumer category, sales channels


  • Education: University degree
  • Experience: 2-3 years of operational marketing experience with a focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience
  • Pharma or Medical industry REQUIRED
  • Languages: English and Czech is mandatory (fluent written and spoken)
  • Able to manage multiple projects and task at the same time in both countries
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
  • High creativity, open, communicative, enthusiastic person
  • Team player, Determined, target & result-oriented, able to work independently
  • Highly developed analytical mind (Ability and interest in data analysis)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
