Your responsibilities:

  • Harmonization of customer requirements and possibilities of our company
  • Responsibility for communication and coordination between customer and planning / purchasing / production / warehouse
  • Order processing (receiving, placing, confirmation)
  • Responsibility for confirming / invoicing orders on customer portals
  • Responsibility for updating long-term plans, monitoring regular inputs from the customer
  • Responsibility for the creation of invoices for goods / transport / services / credits
  • Checking the fulfillment of the plan according to signed agreements between the customer and our company
  • Communication with the customer in case of ambiguities in the order, plans

Our requirements:

  • University bachelor's / engineer/ master´s degree
  • Language skills: English - advanced level, German - intermediate is advantage
  • 3 years experience in customer service
  • Pro-active and professional approach to customer requirements
  • Ability to solve multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate directly with the customer as well as with colleagues in solving problems (internal, external communication)
  • Excellent communicaton skills, team player
