Sales Engineer

Your responsibilities

Key Account management for designated customers, new customers aquisition, independent planning and sales management, forecasting and project management.

* Key Account management on the entrusted customer portfolio

* Upsell on entrusted customer portfolio (new sale)

* New customers acquisition

* Coordination of quotation process and active participation in the bidding process in cooperation with the engineering department

* Marketing support from the point of view of regular contact with customers, monitoring market trends, feedback to the Moog marketing department

* Regular contact with customers, finding out their needs, consultations, solution design and its presentation to the customer

* Excellent ability to maintain and establish relationships with customers

* Ability to engage the customer through consultative sales

Daily activities in the internal systems of Moog Brno s.r.o. (ERP/CRM)

* Weekly, monthly, yearly sales, bookings, order backlog and gross profit forecasting and planning

* Regular reporting activities, results and plans to a supervisor

* Other activities according to the instructions of the supervisor

* Compliance with health and safety and fire safety rules, according to valid legislation

* Compliance with QMS and EMS management documents, applicable regulations and procedures

Requirements

* Mandatory: experience in active sales, advantage in international trade, demonstrable experience with B2B, ENG, advantage is DE, RU

* Secondary school, university – business or technical education in the field of electrical engineering is an advantage

* 2 years of experience in B2B at least, ability to apply consultative sales, demonstrable references

* Good knowledge in key account management, acquisition activities, marketing, project management

* Technical skills: basic of the issues of electric rotating machines and drives an advantage

* Abilities: engage the customers, build and develop strong relationship, focus driven, strong in deliverying the results

* Soft skills: negotiation, consultative sales, assertiveness and the ability to negotiate both with the customer and towards the company, independence, responsibility, proactivity
