Strategic Account Manager - Phrase EMEA

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this position, you will be the main point of contact for strategic companies in the EMEA region, together with your colleagues from the Customer Success team. We are seeking dynamic individuals who can roll up their sleeves and have innate sales DNA within them. Upselling and cross selling would be your main responsibilities.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Building trusting relationships with our existing international Phrase customers
  • Being the main point of contact for contract issues such as price negotiations and contract extensions
  • Identifying and acting on upselling and cross selling potentials
  • Creating further demand for the customer and thus contributing to our sales targets and turnover
  • Communicating mainly by telephone and email as well as presenting product features via web demos
  • Working hand in hand with our Customer Success team and sharing collected product feedback
  • Developing new strategies and concepts to optimize our sales process

What you need

  • 2-3 years of sales/account management experience, ideally in the area of SaaS
  • High affinity for technical products
  • A solution-oriented, responsible, and pragmatic working style
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Experience working in an international environment preferred
