Job description:
- Critically consider records and transactions in the Client’s accounting system to assure compliance with tax rules where necessary
- Posting of accounting transactions for the companies under responsibility
- Take part in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and supporting documentation and other ad-hock reports
- Prepare reports from SAP per requests (audit, internal requests)
- Taking part in audit
- Taking part in preparing documentation which regulates relationship with the Clients
- Responsible for business process maps and manuals for the department administration and update
- Represent our company in Quality control procedures
- Participate in and/or coordinating projects related to company's services and processes
- Represent the our values
- Various ad hoc questions, tasks and projects within functional responsibility of our company or requested by the manager
- Perform other tasks as per management assignment
What you need:
- Good level of English and Spanish language
- Higher economic education
- International Accounting Qualification appreciated
- Oil and Gas experience appreciated
- At list 3 years of relevant professional work experience
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Basic knowledge of SAP R3 (CO), MS Office
- Communication with client and its employees
- Cross-cultural thinking
- Reliability, team work, problem solving, stress resistance
- Ability to meet deadlines and budget
- Solving complex financial issues, seeking input from outside the company when appropriate
- Ability to make decisions (according to limitations of authority), proactivity
