I´m looking for a dynamic and driven Customer service specialist with French and English for our client an international company based in Prague.

What will you be doing:

- providing support to customers via phone and email
- resolving customer´s complaints
- working with internal and external customers
- administrative work
- purchase orders

What experience and skill you should have:

- fluent French
- communicative English
- excellent communication skills
- customer orientation
- sense of detail
- computer skills, mainly MS Excel
- positive attitude
- stress resistance
- organizational skills
