Accounts Receivable Processor role is based in Lear Europe Shared Services located in Brno, Czech Republic. Centre is supporting European Lear plants and covers internal Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing with focus on process standardization and highest quality service to all supported entities.
We are looking for a person who likes to work with numbers and has analytical skills. Beside the self-bill invoices processing, quite a lot of work would be performed outside the ERP system, in MS Excel and MS Access, so good knowledge of MS Office applications is an advantage. Even if your skills in Excel and Access are not yet advanced but you are keen to learn, you are also welcome, as you would receive an intensive training.

Accounts Receivables Processor with English

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Process customer received payments on behalf of other Lear locations
* Monitor overdue accounts and perform cash-collection activities
* Book customers’ credit/debit notes
* Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
* Build and maintain efficient working relationship with other SSC teams, Lear entities and customers
* Deal with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
* Align to procedures to assure SOX compliance
* Support internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements
* Ad-hoc tasks and related administration


* Degree in business administration /accounting/ finance preferred
* A good understanding of the Order to Cash processes is preferred
* Experience in shared services is an advantage
* Good communication skills and good understanding of written and spoken English (corporate language and process related documentation) is essential.
* Ability to work independently, be a self-starter and work with deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and organization skills and be results oriented with a proven track
* Fluent English, German is an advantage
* User level PC skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel,)
* ERP system knowledge and understanding (SAP is an advantage)
* Analytical skills
* Team player
