What you will do

In this role as part of our Sales team you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for the Tear 3, Tear 4 customers. Your main task will be to develop and support customer relationships by making dozens of contacts (virtually - by phone and/or e-mail) per day.

How you will do it
* Research passive accounts, identify new business opportunities and generate interest
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* Understand customer needs and engage internal teams to support solutions sales within and across the Sensormatic portfolio
* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
* Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory (Czechia, Slovakia)
* Provide forecast on given accounts in regular reviews and drive leads through sales funnel
* Work with delivery/implementation activities

What we look for

Required
* Secondary (technical, economic) education
* Minimum of 2year experience in a similar role with a proven track record selling from an Inside Sales Perspective, preferably in corporate environment
* Proficient in Czech and fluent in English
* Awareness of Google App cloud solutions
* Passion for sales
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong negotiation, listening and presentation skills
* Good level of knowledge of the client's business needs
* Solid financial and commercial knowledge and acumen
* Out of the box thinker, team player, fast learner (ability to learn new products)
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred
* Awareness of Retail IT and Loss Prevention environment and processes
* IT / technical background
