Operations Manager

Integromat is looking for an Operations Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing the business-critical projects to fuel the scaling and growth of Integromat. The position is fundamental in bringing together multiple parties (externally and internally) with a strong focus on business operations, processes, and systems. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be located in Olomouc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute projects in cross-functional areas, directly working with the business
  • Participate in developing and implementing operational processes & systems, helping the organization to scale
  • Manage business activities and the day-to-day operations
  • Report regularly to the executive team and leadership on project progress and strategic recommendations
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers across various teams to gain a deep understanding of their needs and opportunities


Required Skills:

  • Meaningful operational experience (3 or more years), preferably at a fast-growing company
  • A profound understanding of operations, sales, and business processes in a software company
  • Capability to deep dive to any possible business related process, be able to solve any problem, and deliver solutions and results
  • Strong passion for driving the business, projects, and operational improvement
  • Analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business judgment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in communicating and interacting with executive-level personnel to share, inform, improve, and maintain an open dialogue
  • Spoken Czech and English on a professional level
