App Solutions Architect

We are seeking an App Solutions Architect to join our growing App Partnerships Team which drives new users to Integromat through our partners’ channels. You will be working closely with the App Partnership Managers to create specific integration solutions for our App Partners to position us as the workflow automation platform of choice for their users. Along with creating the solutions there is also the possibility for you to be delivering these solutions directly to App Partners through demos, webinars or direct support

Responsibilities:

  • Create specific integration solutions for specific App Partners
  • Identify pain points of an app and how Integromat can uniquely solve it
  • Creating use cases and the integration solutions using Integromat
  • Collaborate with the App Partnership Manager on delivery of integration solutions (templates, demo, webinar, and etc.)
  • Provide direct support to App Partners upon request
  • Offer solutions to relevant queries posted on app-specific communities or other relevant communities
  • Conducting research and staying up to date on industry trends to ensure use cases and solutions are up-to-date
  • Creating relevant workflows (Integromat scenarios) internally as required

Requirements:

  • A working knowledge of Integromat or similar tools, being an Integromat power-user is a huge plus
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively via messaging
  • Have a collaborative mindset
  • Experience and confidence in presenting and demoing technologies in real-time
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use new tools and technologies
  • The ability to navigate through API Docs
