Customer Support Specialist
We’re looking for new team members who like helping people! Would you like to be a part of our growing team and learn new things? Would you like to help our customers, help us onboard them and make them stay with us? Do you like to communicate with other people?
- Answering questions from customers around the world
- Team-playing with the other team members
- Participating in integration solutions
- Knowing the relevant processes and being aware of automation processes.
- Proficiency in written English
- Excitement and interest to play around with different applications
- Ability to express yourself in a professional way
- Feedback-driven behaviour & thrill to try new things
- Understanding of complex topics and willingness to provide solutions to meet the customers’ expectations
- Ability to set priorities
- To be result and solution-oriented
- Experience with Ticketing/customer support systems will be an advantage
- Technical/coding skills or Hands-on experience with a no-code automation tool will be an advantage
