Hence, we are opening new role of HR Manager for Brno DC. In this role you will oversee and take over responsibility for Brno DC and entire Czech Republic HR delivery under the Head of HR Iva Triskalova and become a new HR Manager for this location.

What the job is about:

· Formulation of strategy, planning and implementation of HR activities covering employee life cycle i.e. talent acquisition, on-boarding, induction, HR administration, immigration agenda, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement and exit management

· Work closely with business stakeholders for all talent related matters and planning

· Collaborate with corporate HR function for HR practices and policies

· Provide recommendations and implement HR Best practices

· Support change management processes

· Responsibility for internal and external compliances for employee related matters

· Facilitate a timely flow of information from various units, systems or corporate functions - also build efficiencies and optimization

What experience you should have:

· Previous experience in the same role in HR corporate environment (at least 5 years)

· Very good knowledge of Czech Labor Code

· Strong people management skill

· Hardworking and stress-resistance personality

· Effective communication skills proven in diverse or multicultural environment

· Knowledge of MS Office

· Proficiency in English – this is our company language
